The Australian Regulator, The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) last week published their important dates relating to ARTG sponsorships. The dates outlined below are important as they do determine the due dates of specific activities in relation to the annual licenses. These include your cancelation notices, and just as importantly your $0 Turnover declaration dates.

Miss these dates? It’s likely you’ll be paying the annual fees!

The TGA has also published a useful printable page that outlines the necessary dates and contact points to help sponsors in keeping their TGA information up to date: https://www.tga.gov.au/important-annual-charge-deadlines

For our clients, we’ll be following up directly to discuss the above and ensure that we have you covered. We can also discuss your existing distributor and product supply arrangements as part of our ongoing support and compliance programs.

If you currently have entries on the ARTG or would like to gain approvals for your products in Australia, be sure to reach out directly to discuss how Brandwood Biomedical can support you in both your regulatory and commercialisation needs.
